Terms of service

Scope

These terms apply to everyone who uses the SNSVirtual (the service) virtual number service and website. Creating an account means you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access tokens

An account is created with one access token. The token is used to log in, and the server stores only a hash for checking.

If you lose the token, the account cannot be recovered. Keeping the token safe is your responsibility.

Up to 3 accounts can be created per IP address.

The service

The service sells single-use activation numbers and rental numbers that receive SMS. Numbers only receive messages; sending texts and calls are not provided.

The apps, countries and prices on sale may change with supply.

Permitted use

You must use the service for lawful purposes such as protecting your personal number, developing and testing apps and managing work accounts.

It cannot be used to take over other people's accounts, for fraud and phishing, spam, illegal trade or attacks on other services.

Top-ups and charges

Top-ups start at $25 and are added to your balance after the payment is confirmed.

When you buy a number, its price is deducted from your balance right away.

Refunds

If a single-use number receives no code within 30 minutes, or you cancel before a code arrives, the price goes back to your balance. The balance cannot be withdrawn.

Suspension

If use against these terms is found, we may stop the service without notice. Any remaining balance is handled according to the violation.

Limitation of liability

The service provides numbers and shows the SMS they receive. You are responsible for what you do on services you sign up for with the numbers and for the results.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or supplier outages.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we post them on this page with the effective date. Using the service after that means you agree to the changed terms.
