How refunds work
Refunds always go back to your balance. The balance cannot be withdrawn to a wallet or bank account.
Automatic refunds to your balance
- A single-use number received no code within 30 minutes
- You cancelled an order before a code arrived
- An order failed and was not processed
Rental numbers
A rental is a purchase of time, so it is not refunded after it starts. If the number cannot receive SMS from the start, tell support. After checking, we return the price to your balance.
Top-up requests
Top-ups are paid in a secure PayGate checkout window and are added to your balance once payment is confirmed. Each checkout and its address stay valid for 60 minutes.
