Numbers and codes
What is a virtual number?
A mobile number that receives SMS online without a SIM card. Enter it on an app's sign-up screen and the verification code the app sends appears on your account screen.
What if the code does not arrive?
A single-use number waits 30 minutes for a code. If no code arrives in that time, the price of the number goes back to your balance automatically.
Which apps can I receive codes from?
Choose from 56 apps including WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Instagram, TikTok and OpenAI. For apps not on the list, buy Other apps.
Can I call or send texts from the number?
No. SNSVirtual numbers only receive SMS. Receiving calls and sending texts are not available.
Can I use the same number again?
A single-use number receives one code. If you need to log in again with the same number, choose a rental number.
Prices and top-ups
How are prices set?
Each app and country has a fixed price per number. Choose an app and a country in the order box to see it.
What is the minimum top-up?
You can top up from $25. Your first top-up of $40 or more gets a bonus of 10% to 35% depending on the amount.
Can I get my balance back?
The balance cannot be withdrawn. Orders without a code, cancelled orders and unprocessed amounts all go back to your balance.
Account
What do I need to sign up?
Just one access token created on the sign-up page. We cannot show the token again, so save it as a .txt file.
What if I lose my token?
The server only keeps a hash for checking, so we cannot show the token again. Keep the file you saved at sign-up somewhere safe.
How many accounts can I create?
Up to 3 per IP address.
Rules of use
What can I use it for?
Lawful uses such as protecting your personal number, testing apps and managing work accounts. It cannot be used to take over other people's accounts, for fraud or for spam.
When can I contact support?
Accounts with at least one completed top-up can use support from the account screen. Payment questions about your own top-up are answered before that too.
Countries, rentals and payments
How many countries have numbers?
170 countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa, and Oceania. Each country page lists every app with its price and stock.
What is the cheapest number?
Single-use numbers start at $0.003359 for one code. The price depends on the app and the country; app pages list every country from the cheapest.
What is a rental number?
A number you keep for 1, 7 or 30 days. It receives codes from any app during the period. Rentals are available in 30 countries from $0.43.
How long does a single-use number wait for a code?
30 minutes. If no code arrives in that time, the order closes and the price goes back to your balance.
Which payment methods can I use?
Crypto in a secure PayGate checkout window: USDT (TRON TRC20, BNB Chain BEP20, Ethereum ERC20, Solana), USDC (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC. The balance is added once the payment is confirmed.
Is there a top-up bonus?
Yes. Your first top-up of $40 or more gets a bonus from 10% up to 35% at $500.
Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API lets you list services and prices, buy single-use or rental numbers, read codes and cancel orders with an API key from your account screen.
Is my access token stored on the server?
No. The server keeps only a hash of the token, so save the token yourself when you sign up.
